"From heart to heart"- ACES project 2015 (Serbia,Bosnia and Hercegovina,Macedonia

Students from three countries, with different capabilities and capacities, will work and learn together to make small changes with great love. They will learn about the other side of reality and the fact that every person has a story. Everyone needs help and consolation at some point of life. The project aims at developing moral values of children, humanity and solidarity.
